Description

The scope of this project includes but is not limited to: The removal and replacement of (9) existing unit ventilators with new unit ventilators to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to each room identified. The installation of GPS ionization, roof-mounted and pad-mounted condensers, and fin tube radiation cover replacement, as applicable. The replacement of the existing pneumatic system with electronic controls and the connection of new equipment to the existing Building Management System that is present at the Middle School portion of the building.
