Description | The objective of this requirement is for a turnkey solution that includes, but is not limited to, the procurement, delivery, storage, installation, relocation (move and decommission services) and disposal/recycling of office furniture, equipment, fixtures and other miscellaneous items located in NLRB office space. Related ancillary services may include project management, interior design, space planning, transition planning, appliances, carpet and furniture cleaning, maintenance and repair. During installations and relocations, NLRB requires packing and unpacking services in office common areas. This will include files, books and other paper material that may require specific packing materials and equipment. Common areas can include conference rooms, kitchen/break rooms, supply rooms, docket/file rooms, libraries, waiting areas, and general open office floor space. During installations and relocations, NLRB requires the temporary movement or permanent relocation of all IT equipment located in the affected office space. In the moving/relocating of IT equipment, NLRB requires that the proper packing materials be provided to safely move and relocate docking stations/desktop computers, computer monitors, printers, keyboards and mice. Only the packaging and movement/relocation of IT equipment is required. Disconnection and reconnection services for IT equipment will NOT be required. Additional services that are required either subsequently or during installations and relocations are the recycling/disposal of excess furniture, equipment, paper products, trash and/or debris as well as other miscellaneous items located in the office space. The geographical scope of the work performed includes NLRB's Regional, Sub-regional, and Resident Offices located throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. | ||
