Management Services for Delray Beach Golf Club and Lakeview Golf Club

The City of Delray Beach, Florida ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to secure the services of a golf operations Management Company under a turnkey management fee agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Company") having the required experience in golf course management and the ability to commence work in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposals. Any Proposer wishing to submit a proposal must comply with the requirements contained in the City's RFP. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
