Description

Contract for the following services: Cary owns approximately 29 sites and/or structures of historic significance. Only a handful of these, such as the Cary Arts Center, Hillcrest Cemetery, and the PageWalker Hotel, have been fully rehabilitated for a permanent use. Cary is seeking a licensed architectural lead team to serve as an on-call consultant to help evaluate and ultimately design permanent uses for other historical sites as funding becomes available. We are seeking an experienced team of consultants from engineers to landscape architects to assist with future projects.
