Lawn Maintenance and Mowing of all Town Property

a. Mow and maintain at least every other week the property around the town hall, fire station, and the recreational area; the area around the cell tower and the fire department training facility; pick up fallen limbs that would preventmowing. b. Mow and maintain at least every other week; road shoulders within 12 (twelve) feet of the paved roads on all State, County and Town streets within the corporate limits of the town, including N.W. 49th Terrace. Mower will be responsible for picking up fallen limbs before mowing c. Weed-eat around the town hall, fire station, fences, sign posts, light poles, decorative trees, and/or bridge stanchions, including the town entrance signs located on SR 121 at each end of town and ditches surrounding each sign. d. All obstructive debris preventing mowing will be picked up before mowing. e. Grass is not to be cut too short as to damage the roots. f. Mowing to be done during daylight hours. The contract is a one-year contract to begin April 1, 2020 and to end March 31, 2021, subject to a one-year renewal option by the town council.
