| Description | The Contractor shall be responsible for the site operation and installation of an eight foot boundary fence. The fence shall be installed on the existing property line of the property noted herein. The fence and gates will form a continuous barrier at the property line. If federal or state law or local ordinances do not allow for the fencing on the property, the contractor will install the fence as close to the property as is allowable without application for variances or special use permits. (ex, if an ordinance requires a 20 front set-back from a public right of way, the eight foot fence will be installed 20 feet from the right of way.) |
