Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Kentucky to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid. No BIDDER may withdraw his BID for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.
