Lease-Leaseback Construction Services for Peter Johansen High School HVAC Replacement and Eleven (11) Sites HVAC Controls Upgrade Project

Provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction for the Peter Johansen High School HVAC Replacement and Eleven (11) Sites HVAC Controls Upgrade. The entire Building Automation System (BAS) shall be comprised of a network of interoperable, stand-alone digital controls communicating on the Niagara N4 open protocol communication network to a host computer communicating via the internet to the MCS host computer. The BAS shall communicated to existing third party systems such as chillers, boilers, air handling systems, energy metering systems, other energy management systems, access control systems, fire-life safety systems and other building management related devices with open, inter operable communication capabilities.
