| Description | Request for Proposals The Mount Rogers Planning District Commission (MRPDC) is soliciting proposals for Rehab Specialists to work on Indoor Plumbing/Flex Rehab Program projects with funds they receive through the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (VADHCD). The MRPDC is seeking a firm or individuals certified by the VADHCD's housing rehabilitation program and with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the CDBG program. Interested firms/ individuals must be licensed by the State of Virginia as a Lead Inspector/ Risk Assessor.
