Mowing and Landscaping of Pleasant Hill Road

Provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and fuel to perform mowing maintenance as indicated in this solicitation. The work in this section consists of mowing, edging, blowing, string trimming, or hand mowing, cleaning of inlets and outlets of retention/detention areas and drainage systems, crack weed spraying, and trimming of encroaching brush or low hanging limbs, etc. Combined Goal MWBE and LSBE:25% It is anticipated an Agreement will be awarded for a three (3) year term to begin upon approval and execution by the County; with the opportunity for additional one (1) year renewal periods when in the best interest of the County. Total contract length, including all renewals shall not exceed five (5) years.
