Installation of an additional storage tank at the Water Pollution Control Plant High Strength Waste Receiving Area. Tank installation includes all associated piping, electrical, and instrumentation appurtenances. Electrical duct bank shall be installed connecting the digester complex to the High Strength Waste building.
