Description The MAA is issuing this RFP for a qualified Development Team to enter into a long-term ground lease with the MAA for the Property on which the Development Team will design, construct, operate and manage a hotel. The Project must adhere to all applicable local and federal zoning and development laws and all applicable state and federal statutes (including the bonding requirements in Section 255.05 of the Florida Statutes), all of which must be confirmed by the Development Team. The Development Team will be responsible for all costs and expenses for the design, construction (including bonding costs), operation and management of the hotel.
