Description

The University of Alaska Fairbanks, hereinafter called "University", is seeking proposals from contractors interested and qualified in providing general facility maintenance construction services. The maintenance construction services are of a reoccurring nature with indefinite deliveries, schedules and quantities at the Fairbanks campus. Contracts will be awarded to create a pool of up to five (5) term contractors. Total annual contract amounts shall not exceed $200,000 annually with each individual service not to exceed $50,000 and no guarantee of a contract minimum. The initial term will be from the date of award through December 31, 2023 and four (4) one-year options to renew through December 31, 2027. Selection Process and Basis for Award: Proposals will be evaluated based on Performance and Price Proposals. Only Offerors meeting the minimum requirements outlined in Section C Proposal Evaluation will be considered during evaluation of Price Proposals. The University intends to award contracts to the responsive, responsible Offerors whose proposals, conforming to the RFP requirements, receive the highest total number of evaluation points, price and other considered factors. RFP Inquiries: Inquiries and questions relating to this RFP must be submitted website at the website address given above no later than ten (10) days prior to the deadline for proposal submission. Pre-Proposal Conference: There will be no Pre-Proposal Conference.
