City of Sherwood Coolhurst Sidewalk Improvements

The city of sherwood is accepting sealed bids for construction of city of sherwood coolhurst sidewalk improvements The Project consists of approximately 3,020 SY of sidewalk improvements and associated ramps, driveway repairs, sodding, and miscellaneous items. The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. Also, work added or remaining shall be at the same unit price as submitted in the proposal. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than those listed above. Proposals will be considered on the basis of cost, the bidder's financial responsibility, his equipment, and his past performance on similar projects. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Sherwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities and accept the proposal deemed to be for their best interest.
