This acquisition is being issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. Enter price in Section B. All amendments to this solicitation (if any) must be acknowledged. An organized site visit has been set for Wednesday 18 May 2022 at 9:00 AM CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data. Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. Your attention is directed to Section L for Proposal Preparation and Section M for Evaluation Factors for Award. PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION (a) Provide a list of no more than five (5), of the most relevant contracts performed for Federal agencies or private customers within the last three (3) years. For the purpose of this solicitation, recent contracts are defined as those on which some portion of performance occurred during the last three (3) years from date of receipt of proposal. Relevant performance includes present/past performance effort involving similar scope, magnitude of effort and complexities of this solicitation. The offeror shall submit references by completing the Solicitation Attachment titled PAST PERFORMANCE REFERENCE LIST (PPRL), for contracts that you consider relevant in demonstrating your ability to perform the requirements in this solicitation. The completed PPRL must be submitted with your offer and received by the RFP closing date and time. The Page 48 of 58 offeror shall ensure that the references listed in the PPRL are provided the attachment titled PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRE (PPQ) for completion after the offeror completes Section A of the PPQ. If a CPAR is available for your references, annotate on the PPRL and no PPQ will be required.
