In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid driver's license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction). Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data. Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times. PAST PERFORMANCE INFORMATION (a) Provide a list of no more than five (5), of the most relevant contracts performed for Federal agencies or private customers within the last three (3) years. For the purpose of this solicitation, recent contracts are defined as those on which some portion of performance occurred during the last three (3) years from date of receipt of proposal. Relevant performance includes present/past performance effort involving similar scope, magnitude of effort and complexities of this solicitation.
