Description

Replacement of the outer entry/exit doors to the main lobby at City Hall along the north side of the building, including the doors, windows, framing, threshold, and all associated hardware. Existing door hardware shall be replaced with Von Duprin rim exit devices (or equivalent). In addition, the scope of work includes the replacement of door hardware of eight (8) additional entry/exit doors within the building with the same panic bar hardware. Work on all entry/exits shall be coordinated with the City’s Information Technology (IT) Department to ensure integration with the building’s security system.
