Road Signs As Needed

Contracts of Copiah County, Mississippi, for the period commencing January 1, 2023 and terminating December 31 , 2023 Bids to furnish the County with engineer grade priced & high reflective, priced road signs as needed; All Bids must be equal to or lower than State Contract Prices and must comply with all state laws pertaining to public purchases. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with Chapter 7 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, As Annotated, and other related statutes. The Board hereby gives notice that all items purchased under contract to be awarded in pursuance to this notice must be submitted on invoices describing said items as set forth in said bids and the unit price must conform to bid prices. Bidders are also hereby notified that they must specify whether the Seller or the County will pay the freight. All bidders are placed on notice that bills for services or material and supplies furnished to the County under any contract or contracts awarded pursuant to this notice shall be filed with the Clerk of this Board within the time and in the manner prescribed by Order of this Board. The Board, acting under authority of 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, As Amended, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
