Franklin Courthouse Exterior Renovations-202007 Project

This project consists of, but is not limited to: a. Redesign of the front entrance for a new handicap accessible ramp and new stair configuration. b. Replacement of the Main Entry storefront and door. c. Removing the building mounted flagpoles and replacing with a single freestanding flagpole. d. Modifications of the landings and handrails at the east and west lobby entrances. e. Stone and masonry cleaning and repairs. f. Painting of existing metal doors and frames at the Main Entry vestibule and the east and west lobby entrances.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
