Description

Architectural Firms are needed to provide Design Services for proposed renovations at the Center for Arts Technology on the Central Campus of Central Piedmont in Charlotte, NC. Center for Arts Technology Renovations: 1. Exterior wall renovations to provide a look consistent with the rest of Central Campus. Introduce additional windows on the street elevation and other locations and provide a more prominent building entrance. 2. Interior renovations will be limited in scope to new finishes and lighting in the building corridors on two floors. 3. Improve accessible entry to the building from adjacent parking structure.
