| Description | The Department is requesting bids for 19mm, SRL=ANY, 0.0<.03 MESAL, PG 64-22 WMA material to be delivered to the Department crews for placement by Department equipment on Jefferson county state routes in three phases (see page 2 *). In each phase, the material is for placement by Department forces with the delivery to state routes by the vendor. The awarded vendor is to provide a Warm Mix Asphalt, as approved by the District Materials Engineer. Additionally, the Department is requesting an FOB plant pick up price for incidental work in the county of the same material bid for delivery. |
