The City of Waltham, Massachusetts Invites Sealed Bids From Contractors for Lowell Field Renovations, Waltham, Massachusetts. The Work at the Two Sites Includes the Removal of the Existing Surfaces Includes General Earthwork and Grading Operations, Fencing, Drainage Improvements, Etc. Each General Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's Check Issued by a Responsible Bank or Trust Company, Payable to the City of Waltham in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Value of the Bid Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds in the Full Amount of the Contract Price Will Be Required From the Successful Bidder. The Final Project Completion is 180 Days From the Date of the Notice-toproceed. Last Day for Written Questions is at 12 Noon September 22nd, 2022.
