Replacement of Elevators at MLP-8

Multi-level parking facility (MLP 8) is a busy and high-traffic parking structure located at the intersection of Convent and Lincoln Drive near Buildings 29, 29A and 34. The facility is an open garage building at the National Institutes of Health Bethesda Campus. The building has two groups of elevators. Each group has two hydraulic-type elevators that were installed approximately 26 years ago. The elevators have been working on and off; of a total of four elevators only one has been working in the last five years. - Project consists of providing design and construction services to replace the group of elevators with a new elevator system that work best lifting up to 8 floors at MLP 8
