Plans call for the construction of a 10,440-square-foot self storage facility. An architect has been selected. As of August 17, 2022, a general contractor has been selected; however, the name of the firm has not been disclosed. No building permits have been issued by the City of Thibodaux Permit Department. Although a firm schedule has not been established, construction is not expected to begin before fourth quarter 2022.
