Description | **As of March 9 ,2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Town of Hampton (the Town), acting through its Town Manager, in accordance with the provisions of New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 37, Section 6 and the provisions of the Towns Purchasing Policy and Purchasing Procedures Chapter 718 requests sealed written bid proposals from qualified Contractors to install three news roofs on the Town Office Building. There are three (3) roofs to be installed: the main roof of the building; the roof of front entrance to building; and the roof of Drive-thru. The work will consist of the complete removal of the three existing roof systems, and to install new R30 roof systems on all three roofs. 1. Remove existing roofing materials down to metal deck 2. Remove non-working mechanical unit from main roof 3. Install new mechanically fastened 2.5" polyiso insulation 4. Install new mechanically fastened 3" polyiso insulation 5. Install new fully adhered .060 EPDM membrane 6. Pitch of roof: 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch per foot to roof drains 7. Install new roof drains 8. Install new edge metal 9. Flash all penetrations 10. 15-year total system manufacturer's warranty 11. 2-year installer's warranty included 12. All work to be completed in compliance with OSHA and State of NH regulations It shall be the obligation of the s Contractor to complete all work on or before October 15, 2022.
