Black Mountain Elementary Replace (2) Packaged Units

Replace (2) Packaged units at Black Mountain Elementary School. Remove Kitchen and office Roof top units and indoor units and replace for new 8.5-ton and 15-ton Trane packaged gas/electric rooftop units. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits and servicing, incidental and implied, for the completion of a working system as designed per the attached specifications. 1. Remove existing outdoor rooftop units. 2. New linesets to be included in the bid. 3. Install new replacement units as specified. 4. All additional ductwork shall be properly tied in and insulated. 5. All low voltage wiring shall be in conduit. 6. Factory start-up, and adjustment test report shall be part of this contract. Three digital copies of the completed factory start-up sheet, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals shall be delivered to the owner on Thumb drives (USB flash drives) before final payment will be made. 7. All unused equipment, piping, wiring and duct shall be removed. 8. All wiring, accessories, disconnects can be re-used (unless the condition demands replacing). 9. Units are Thermostat controlled.
