Parking Lot Repaving Contract at Schuylkill Haven High Rise PA-16-5 and Saint Clair Family Housing PA-16-12

The work generally includes: Saint Clair - Removal (milling) of existing 5" wearing course approximately 2140 SY. Preparation and restoration of damaged sub base, proof rolling of new and old sub base and compacted earth. Provision of new base course and wearing course, speed bumps, reinstallation of existing parking bumpers and other miscellaneous site items. Schuylkill Haven - Excavation, routing and repair of existing cracks. Selective removal of existing 4" wearing course and sub base repair. Excavation and replacement of existing storm sewer piping (approximately 25 feet) and selective tapered milling. Preparation of existing paved areas for new wearing course overlay approximately 2465 SY., reinstallation of existing parking bumpers and other miscellaneous site items
