Remove existing HVAC systems to include disposal/debris removal and install replacement HVAC units and accessories identified below. Trane HVAC units are preferred as we are seeking to maintain consistency in service, parts and maintenance. 1. 12.5 ton Split Heat Pump for Urban Search and Rescue (Building #22) 2. 6 ton Split Heat Pump for Urban Search and Rescue (Building #22) 3. Honeywell T6 Thermostats 4. Condensers with phase monitoring or surge protection devices 5. Air handlers with condensate overflow protection and phase monitoring or surge protection devices 6. All new PVC drain lines 7. Connections to existing duct work and existing power requirements 8. Heat strips must meet or exceed existing heat strips 9. If line set is not replaced, it must be pressure tested, flushed and inspected and covered under warranty 10. Replace all drain pans 11. Meet all applicable codes
