Annual Floor Covering Services

The Beverly Housing Authority invites written responses from contractors for the supply of services as described in the specifications for ANNUAL FLOOR COVERING SERVICES. It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the period of November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. The Beverly Housing Authority has the option to renew for up to two additional years, contingent upon satisfactory operations and the availability of funds required to perform Flooring Repairs and Operations. Renewal is at the sole discretion of the Beverly Housing Authority. Work is estimated to cost $80,000.00 The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The Beverly Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any and all bids or proposals for any reason determined to be in the Authority's best interest. Bid deposits in the amount of 5% of the estimated annual cost of $80,000.00 will be due at the time of bid opening. Quotes are subject to state prevailing wage rates as required by inclusive for state-aided public housing units and federal Davis-Bacon wage rates for federal public housing units.
