Description

Qualified Architectural and Consultant Design Team to design a replacement building for the existing Dorothy Hamill Ice Skating Rink. The existing building shall be demolished and replaced with a new building. The new Dorothy Hamill Ice Skating Rink shall be approximately 40,000 square feet and shall be constructed on or near the existing site. The estimated budget is as follows: 1. $16,000,000 – Construction Costs 2. $1,280,000 – Architectural, Engineering & Design Consultant.
