Swimming Pool Maintenance

Maintenance swimming pool shall include but not be limited to: 1. Chemical treatment to maintain sanitary conditions; 2. Keep pool water balanced; 3. Backwashing pool filters as needed; 4. Maintaining a daily pool log with records of water tests, temperatures and pool drain cover inspection; Vacuuming pool as needed; 1. Maintaining proper pool water levels; 2. Take immediate action to correct any condition that can be dangerous to the health/safety of the users; 3. Reporting any broken or hazardous conditions or equipment; 4. Brushing pool walls and floor; 5. Checking all operating equipment, report any problems; 6. Maintain water quality standards: pH 7.2-7.8; total Alkalinity 80-100; Calcium Hardness 200-400 ppm; 7. The pool will be maintained according to the Rules Governing Public Swimming Pools.

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
