Description

The Department of the Veterans Affairs intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 589A7-22-204, FCA - Install Continuous Monitoring for Legionella at the Wichita VA Medical Center, 5500 E. Kellogg Ave., Wichita, Kansas. 67218 The NAICS Code for this project is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The size standard is $16.5 million. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with procedures outlined in the the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.101-2 Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "instructions to Offerors" will be deemed unacceptable to the terms of the solicitation. There will be one site visit for this project. The site visit is scheduled for April 12, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. CDT at the Wichita VA, 5500 E.
