Description

Pipe Repair Contract: Install approximately 135 LF of township provided pipe, perform approx 119 SY of pavement repair, approx 16 tons of 19mm Asphalt Repair, and complete approx. 100 LF of ditch cleaning.\ Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract.Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. complete all work on or before Oct 31 , 2022.
