Scheduled or as-needed septic tank pumping and cleaning on a time and materials basis for corrective maintenance/repairs on systems owned and operated by VDOT for the Northern Virginia District which is comprised of the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. This service shall include all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, mileage, fuel, equipment, parts and materials.
