East 5th Street Public Parking Construction

The project includes construction of a public parking consisting of 84 new parking spaces with associated curbing and pedestrian sidewalk, traffic signs, pavement markings, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and a perimeter concrete masonry block wall. The project consists of furnishing all transportation, materials, equipment, labor, services and supplies necessary to construct the above described improvements. Submitted itemized pricing on the bid form will be utilized for any identified future parking lot improvement projects within a twelve (12) month period from contract execution.
