| Description | Scope of work: Is to extend steam & condensate piping from Weiskotten Hall to the Medical Library, including brief service outages and tie-ins, as well as upgrades to steam PRVs, steam-to-water heat exchanger, and heat exchanger controls. Purpose is to allow supply from the NAB boiler plant via the adjacent building, in place of district steam from Syracuse University. The operation of the new NAB boilers will provide the necessary steam capacity at a much lower operating cost. |
