The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: rehabilitation of approximately 3060 linear meters (1.90 miles) of Fishkill and Teller Avenues (S.R. 52) between Wolcott Avenue (S.R. 9D) and Prospect Street, including: pavement milling, repair, and resurfacing and restriping; replacement and installation of new curbing, sidewalks, and ADA compliant ramps and appurtenances; drainage repairs and improvements, new and upgraded traffic signals at Delevan Avenue and Mill Street, and sanitary sewer improvements between Conklin Street and Townsend Street.
