Description

The project consists of the addition of a two-story elevator and office to the Oconto Falls Senior Center and upgrading the main floor facility finishes as well as renovating the building`s HVAC system. Demolition scope includes the removal of existing office, interior finishes, and partition walls. New work includes updating wall and floor finishes, new casework. Building system upgrades include re-working existing HVAC systems for the new layout. Minor plumbing modifications will be made. Some new interior lighting will be provided along with new electrical and data outlets.
