Description | Bids will be reviewed by the Town and its Engineer and the successful low bid Contractor will be awarded shortly after. Project consists of full depth asphalt pavement patching, asphalt milling and overlays, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents within the Town of Lapel, Indiana. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bid shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Kimley-Horn, 250 East 96th Street, Suite 580, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Contact Drew Wolfred at 317-218- 9560 or drew.wolfred@kimleyhorn.com. Prospective bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office by scheduling an appointment. Prospective bidders may also obtain copies of the Bidding Documents described below. Bidding Documents are available electronically by FTP site (as portable document format (PDF) files). Interested bidders should email the Issuing Office contact noted above and request access to the FTP site. Alternatively, printed The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A final addendum will be issued no later than Monday, November 14th. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
