Description | **As of October 24, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of work to complete Construct ATFP Measures For TASMG at Gulfport, Mississippi. All labor, materials, services and equipment necessary for the construction of Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) for the 1108 th TASMG Readiness Center in Gulfport, MS. Work will include, but is not limited to, partial site demolition of existing asphalt pavement on east side of building and new asphalt pavement as indicated. Existing asphalt pavements to remain to have existing cracks repaired and all existing and new asphalt paving to receive a slurry seal topping. Existing concrete pavements to have existing joints cleaned and resealed and remove existing pavement markings and replace with new. New concrete parking pavement and sidewalkwill be added. Existing storm drain ditch along road on east side will be filled with new concrete piping and extended to south margin of site as indicated. Minor utility work and new site lighting and fencing will be provided. Mississippi Power to remove one existing power pole, overhead and underground wiring and install two new power poles, overhead and underground wiring as indicated. All PROSPECTIVE bidders are encouraged to attend. Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions of the contract. The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities. Award of contract is subject to availability of funds. Bids will be held open for 90 days from bid date. |
