Water Reclamation Treatment Plant Improvements Phase II

Electrical Consulting subcontract work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the design of the power, lighting and control wiring systems for the water reclamation plant improvements. The Construction phase services shall include shop drawing review and periodic on-site observation. HVAC Consulting subcontract work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the design services associated with the replacement of the existing ventilation, heating and cooling systems in the existing tertiary building at the water reclamation plant. The Construction phase services shall include shop drawing review and periodic on-site observation. Plumbing Consulting subcontract work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the design of the water and sewer plumbing systems in some of the existing water reclamation plant buildings. The Construction phase services shall include shop drawing review and periodic on-site observation. Geotechnical Consulting subcontract work shall consist of, but not be limited to, reviewing an existing geotechnical soil borings and report, providing additional soils boring, if necessary, and providing recommendations for the excess flow lagoon berm and bottom modifications. The Construction phase services shall include site visits to inspect and test soil conditions.
