Replace Roofs at Charlton and STUAC, Buildings 45 and 08 at at College of Agriculture and Technology at SUNY Morrisville

Work will involve two separate buildings. Charlton Hall is a single roof area approx. 16,000 sf. The Student Activities Center (STUAC) is approx. 37,000 SF and has nine or ten separate roof areas. Besides roofing there is abatement, a lot of masonry removal and replacement to replace the flashings, two sections of 2 story curtain wall and one large skylight to be removed and replaced, some exterior concrete work, some structural steel, and some MEP removals, including temporary removal of a cooling tower. Scope of work: selective demolition, asbestos abatement, caulk removal, maintenance of CIP concrete, brick masonry repair, metal fabrication, pipe and tube railings, misc. rough carpentry, sheathing, exterior finish carpentry, preparation of re-roofing, thermal insulation,formed metal wall panels, EPDM roofing, thermoplastic polyolefin roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof specialties, roof accessories, joint sealants, HM doors and frames,aluminum entrances and storefronts, glazed curtain walls, metal frames skylights, door hardware, glazing, fixed louvers, gypsum board, exterior painting, interior painting, plumbing,HVAC, maintenance of earthwork, cement concrete pavement, turf and grasses.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection, Thermal Insulation, Weather Barriers.
