Fire Extinquisher, Detection, Suppression, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Services

Contractor shall provide services as specified herein which include, but are not necessarily limited to: 1. Inspection and testing of existing fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems and related equipment 2. Identification of defective components 3. Reporting recommended corrective actions to the City, including cost estimates 4. Repair and servicing of the equipment Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide the required services in the identified buildings of the City’s Proposal Form for Contract (two Excel spreadsheets) attached to this RFP. All materials, supplies, and equipment furnished under the terms of the Agreement must be UL listed, Factory Mutual approved, and in compliance with applicable provisions of the National Fire Protection Association (the “NFPA”).
