Grass Mowing and Snow Removal Services

Grass Mowing: Mow all lawn areas as frequently as directed by the County to keep a healthy lawn and neat appearance. Edge all curbs and sidewalks with blade type edger (not weed eater), and trim around all obstacles in lawn area. Contractor shall remove any paper and debris prior to mowing. Blow off all sidewalks and parking areas of debris caused by mowing. This contract will be based on a estimated 30 week mowing cycle. The County makes the decision of when to mow. Locations: 1. Snow Removal Services: Work includes: February- April nitrogen and pre-emergent, June broad leafweeds, light fertilizer and lime, September aerate and seed with 10# per 1000 Sq Ft ofturftype fescue, October fertilizer and December fertilizer. For Mulching (with stained dark brown mulch), bush and tree trimming we need a hourly rate. One for mulch needs to include cost of mulch and labor. Amount of mulching, bush and tree trimming and all beds needs to be treated as needed. Spray all weeds in beds. (4 times a year). Locations: 1. Civil Cout Building - 124 West Elm Street Graham. 2.
