Description

Contractor shall provide mechanical, electrical, structural construction services for 1900 Building ASU11, 13 replacement (phase 2). Contractor shall be responsible for demolition and installation of mechanical, electrical and structural scope of work as defined in the attached drawings (Exhibit B) and specifications (Exhibit C). Services shall also include field verification, construction schedule management, management and coordination of subcontractors, construction administration (submittals, RFI s), equipment startup, operator training, project closeout and system turnover to the City. Deadline for RFP Questions June 6, 2023 Please direct all questions and concerns to Destinee Strickland, Procurement Specialist at 503- 865-6155. It is the proposer's responsibility to ask questions, request changes or clarifications, or otherwise advise the City of Portland if any language, specifications or requirements of this RFP appear to be ambiguous, contradictory, or appear to inadvertently restrict or limit competition to a single source. Questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be directed in writing, via email, to the person listed on the title page at least seven (7) Calendar Days prior to the proposal due date. Any questions received less than seven (7) Calendar Days prior to the RFP opening date may not be answered. In order to maintain a fair and equitable RFP process, the City shall provide all additional relevant or pertinent information via the issuance of an addendum.
