Audio Video Conferencing Equipment and Related Services The scope of this procurement and subsequent Contract includes a wide range of new room-based and audio video conferencing equipment, Accessories, related products, operating system and/or Configuration software related the procurement of the equipment, maintenance and Services for use in meeting environments such as conference rooms, private offices, project rooms, executive briefing facility, ad hoc meeting spaces such as an atrium or public space, classrooms, lecture halls, meeting rooms, and other locations to allow users the ability to join a meeting on endpoint equipment such as, but not limited to, employer-provided or bring-your-own-device tablets, laptops, portables, and via existing telepresence equipment.
