Design Services for Full Reconstruction of Myrtle Street, South Fairmount Street, 30th Street, Ingleside Avenue

This proposed Scope of Services is not intended to be a detailed scope of work that will be required as part of the final consultant services agreement, but is intended to provide general information to firms wishing to submit proposals. It is the intent of the City to draw upon the expertise and experience of firms submitting proposals and to consider their recommendations as to exact tasks of work to accomplish City goals. The City will negotiate the detailed Scope of Services with the successful firm should the City elect to proceed with the project. Responses are due at 4:00 p.m. on April 15, 2019. Listed below are estimated dates and times of actions related to this RFQ. These dates are for planning purposes only and represent the City's desired timeline for implementing this project. The City of Sioux City, Iowa is hereby soliciting consultant Qualifications for professional services to perform the design of the full reconstruction of Myrtle Street from 2500 Block to West Clifton Avenue, South Fairmount Street from Transit Avenue to Vine Avenue, 30th Street from Jackson Street to Jones Street, and Ingleside Avenue from 18th Street to 21st Street. This request invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for accomplishments of the items of work described below under Scope of Services. Consultant services for all projects will be funded by the City of Sioux City under the Annual Infrastructure Reconstruction. Qualification Submission Outline for Submittal a.
