RFP D/B - Procure/Install Playground Equipment and Fall Zone Material at Redfern Park

The City of Missoula Parks and Recreation Department (City) is requesting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) to design, provide and install playground equipment, and fall zone material in Redfern Park, located at 4800 Chesapeake Way Missoula, MT 59808. The City will select one (1) Supplier to provide design, equipment, materials and labor for the project as outlined in this request. Work is to include the design of a play system within the constructed play area boundaries of the park, and the installation of commercial grade playground equipment including all necessary footings, and landing mats if required. Supplier shall provide geotextile separation fabric under the engineered wood fiber fall zone material as specified in the drawings. Questions submitted after 12:00 p.m. (noon), local time on July 28, 2022, are not guaranteed to be answered before the due date and time. The City of Missoula reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, and, if all are rejected, to re-advertise under the same or new specifications, or to make such an award as in the judgment of its officials best meets the City's requirements.
