| Description | Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. The work includes the removal and replacement of the windows on the first and second floor of the two story portion of Crest High School and Burns High School in a single prime General Contract which includes all work. The General Contractor is the Project Expediter. Both schools were designed and constructed concurrently and therefore, quantities for both schools are similar. The work is limited to exterior building envelope work and does not include interior repair work. Interior removal of abandoned HVAC equipment and associated patch / repair to interior walls will be included in a separate contract. Cleveland County Schools reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. |
