| Description | Remove and replace approximately 60’ x 60’ metal roofing located on the low slope of roof area. 1.Remove existing metal roof system from the ridge cap down to eave, including water diverter, dispose into a legal landfill assumed not to contain any hazardous materials. 2.Inspect roof deck for sound surface to install new roof system. 3.Furnish and install high temperature ice and water shield over the synthetic underlayment over remainder of roof surface. a.Install new transition flashing between barn roof and lean- to addition and seal with water mastic under panels to make water tight using manufacturer’s current specifications. 4.Furnish and install new trim to include valleys ridge cap and flashing around chimneys for the complete roof system. 5.Provide contractors five (5) year workmanship warranty and manufacturers (20) twenty year finish warranty. 6.Clean up and dispose of all related debris generated from the project. Leave area and grounds broom clean. |
