United States Naval Academy Grounds Maintenance IDIQ Contract

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8) The current requirement will result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Naval Support Activity (NSA) Annapolis, including the United States Naval Academy Complex (USNA) located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The resultant contract will be a performance-based type contract comprising both Recurring Work and Non-Recurring Work. The NSA Annapolis grounds maintenance contract provides critical installation services to include: maintenance and upkeep of all lawns, flower beds, fields, and vegetated area at NSA Annapolis and the U.S. Navy Academy; the care, maintenance and repair to athletic field in according with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) standards; the trimming, pruning, and care of historically sensitive trees at the U.S. Navy Academy, including arborist consultations emergency services to remove fallen trees impacting facilities, road access, or ATFP concerns; and ice and snow removal from pedestrian walkways and building entrances.
